When can I expect shipment of an order?
We ship most orders within three business days. If part of your order is backordered, those items will be shipped asap with no additional shipping charges.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
We maintain an inventory of each product we display on our website. If a product is out of stock, or is an upcoming new item, we will ship these items as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. You will be notified of any such delay and given an estimated time of delivery based on our best information from the supplier.
How do I update my account iformation?
Once you log in with your current email and password, select My Account in the header. Your account page has several options of information to update.
What if you do not carry my size?
Not all sizes are available for each product we feature, though some products can be custom ordered based on demand. Please let us know if there is a product we do not carry in your size. We'll check with our supplier, and search for comparable products from our inventory.
